Do customers need to download an app?+
No. Customers join and use their loyalty card in the browser. There is no separate customer app.
How are stamps added?+
A signed-in staff member scans the customer card and confirms the qualifying visit. Customers cannot add their own stamps.
Can I choose my own reward?+
Yes. You set the number of qualifying visits and what customers receive.
What is an active member?+
A member who earns or redeems through the loyalty program during that calendar month. Your stored customer list can keep growing.
Can I start without paying?+
