What is an active member?+
A member who earns or redeems through the loyalty program during that calendar month. Repeat visits by the same person still count as one active member. Your stored customer list can keep growing.
What happens if I reach my active member limit?+
Existing customers can still visit, earn stamps and redeem rewards. Chhaap will warn you and ask you to upgrade. New joins are only paused if you stay over the limit for two months in a row.
Can I change plans later?+
Yes. You can move between Free, Plus and Pro as your business grows.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. There is no lock-in and no per-stamp fee.
